Request deletion of your Tumaal account
You can request deletion of your Tumaal account and the personal information associated with it, even if you no longer have access to the app. Use the contact method below to submit your request.
- Send an email to tumaal2026@gmail.com.
- Use the subject line Tumaal account deletion request.
- Include the email address linked to your Tumaal account. You may also include your name or phone number to help us identify the account.
- Do not include your password, sign-in codes or payment-card details.
What happens after you contact us?
We will review your request and may ask for reasonable information to verify that you control the account. Once verified, Tumaal will process deletion of the account and personal information that we control, subject to the exceptions described below. If we cannot complete a request, we will explain why where appropriate.
What information is deleted?
We intend to delete or de-identify the account profile and personal information associated with it that Tumaal controls. If you have submitted service enquiries, please say in your request whether you also want the personal information in those enquiries deleted.
Information that may be retained
Some limited information may need to be retained where required or permitted by law, to prevent fraud or abuse, maintain security, resolve disputes, or meet legitimate record-keeping obligations. Information retained for these reasons will be restricted to the relevant purpose.
