When you create or access an account, our sign-in provider may process account identifiers and authentication information. The current application code integrates Clerk for authentication and is designed to use a PostgreSQL database for service-request records. Some website features depend on production hosting, database and provider configuration. We will update this policy if our actual providers or data practices materially change.

We keep information for as long as needed to handle the purpose for which it was provided, operate the service, meet legal requirements, resolve disputes and protect the service. Retention periods may differ depending on the type of information and the reason it is held.
